Extra large items delivered with our standard service are generally delivered by a 2 man fragile courier. A signature will be required on acceptance of delivery. Due to the fragile nature of some products, the supplied box may be delivered open due to the strict inspection for damage is carried out throughout its journey. Fragile items over 20kg, but less than 60kg and 1.4m long

For Extra Large delivery size items in the following delivery zones 1a, 2, 3, 4 & 5, please allow up to additional 3 working days for delivery.

If you order multiple items, you will only be charged for one delivery charge which will be calculated automatically and applied to your order.

*Standard fragile delivery & 2 man fragile delivery service unavailable in Zone 3,4 & 5. Delivery via pallet only, meaning a pallet will be dropped outside of your property kerb side. We recommend an able bodied recipient sign for delivery.

For customers spending over £1000 receive free delivery to mainland England & Wales and reduced delivery rates of £30.00 for lower Scotland and £50.00 for Highlands and upper Scotland. 

Next day delivery is available for items we stock in our warehouse.  All items that qualify for next day delivery are clearly advertised as being available for next day delivery on our product description page.

Next day delivery is available to delivery addresses within zone 1 and 2 areas only, and is not available in any other zones.

To qualify for next day delivery in the available delivery zones, orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday.  Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered on the following Monday.  Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday through to Monday before 2pm, will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

At the time of checkout, all products in your shopping basket must be eligible for next day delivery; this is clearly advertised within our checkout page.  You must also select the shipping method as “Next Day Delivery” rather than our “Standard Delivery”, a surcharge will apply for this service.

Our courier company offer an all day delivery service. Therefore your items will be delivered to you between the hours of 8am and 8pm. The courier often cannot give an exact time slot. You can track your parcel online by following the details in your tracking email or text. 

You will receive these details from the courier once your goods have been dispatched from us, from here you will be able to find out your parcels exact location.

98% of parcels processed for next day delivery arrive the following day. However, we are unable to 100% guarantee next day delivery on all of our parcels as we rely heavily on our couriers to meet your request.

If your order does not arrive the next day, please contact our customer service team where they will investigate your order and look to reimburse you for the next day delivery surcharge should this be applicable.

We strongly advise you not to book any contractors until you have full receipt of all your items in good condition.
